BBH060 Series

Our full mortise single acting spring hinge is recommended for use where automatic self closing of a door is required. This three knuckle hinge is adjustable and the spring tension can be increased or decreased by using adjusting tool included. For maximum versatility use three spring hinges on required opening. Full spring tension may not be required on all hinges but allows for greater adjustment.

TH1100-PUSH

For use with TH1103 deadlatch or any other brand of narrow stile mortise deadlatch. Paddle is four way reversible, select application required by referring to chart below. Handing can be reversed on cam plug by removing C-clip and flipping the cam over and reinstalling C-clip.

1100 Series

For use with TH1103 deadlatch or any other brand of narrow stile mortise deadlatch. Lever is reversible. Handing can be reversed on cam plug by removing C- clip and flipping the cam over and reinstalling C- clip. Cam plug is secured to lever by 2 hardened steel pins. Cam plug locks into deadlatch by use of set screw in deadlatch.
